Global Outlook eyes Rs 25cr from India

Puskoor said the three-year-old company would shortly be launching a unified communications solution, which integrates instant messaging, live meetings and Voice-over Internet Protocol (VoIP) with email on any mobile. Launch of Microsoft’s hosted customer relationship management (CRM) product, targeted at sales and marketing professional, will follow suit, he said. “The email market in India is expected to reach $125 million by 2012, growing at a compound growth rate of 24 per cent. There are 4.55 million broadband-connected small and medium business PCs, and 13 per cent of this is expected to be the hosted exchange opportunity,” he added.
