High Court approves merger of two units with Godrej Consumer

The effective date of the scheme will be the date on which the certified copy of the order passed by the court is filed with the Registry of Companies, Maharashtra, it added. Shares of Godrej Consumer Products were trading at Rs 264, up 0.23 per cent in the afternoon trade on the BSE.
