Opto Circuits signs pact with OEM for joint development

Opto Circuits (India) Ltd. (OCI), a manufacturer of invasive and non-invasive medical devices, today announced that Criticare Systems Inc, its wholly owned subsidiary, has signed a long-term development agreement with an OEM customer. The development programme will commence immediately. The resulting new product and iterations thereof are projected to increase revenue, the company said in a statement. Criticare System’s established partnership with this OEM customer will expand and result in mutual benefits for many years to come. The new product line will be produced by Criticare Systems and will be marketed by the OEM partner under their brand name in all major markets, Vinod Ramnani, managing director, Opto Circuits said.
